terms of use

  • Do not claim my artwork as yours under any circumstance. Commissions are only allowed to be reposted (with credit) by the commissioner.

  • Do not edit or otherwise modify my artwork. If the commissioner wants something changed, I will happily do it for them if asked politely.

  • I have all rights to my artwork! Meaning, I can use your commission in my portfolio, CV, etc.. If commissioned fanart, I may utilise it in the future, unless specified otherwise by the commissioner.

  • The commissioner may use the commissioned work for any private and non-commercial purpose. Contact me via email if interested in a commercial commission.

payment

  • All payment is via PayPal USD unless specified otherwise. Please do not convert to any other currency.

  • I prefer being sent the payment, but I can send invoices if asked.

  • All payment is upfront; however, if truly desired, I can do with a 50% down payment, WIP, then the rest of the payment.

  • I will not do refunds unless there is an emergency need on the commissioner's part. I will not do refunds no matter what if I am at least 75% done with the commission.

  • Small edits may be requested free of charge. Larger edits will have to be compensated. As a side note, I do not send WIPs unless asked; if you would like WIPs at any stage, feel free to contact me.

deadlines

  • Most commissions will be completed within three months of ordering. Thank you for your patience.

  • Rush orders/deadlines are accepted at a surcharge. I will not accept deadlines that are too close for comfort!

won'ts

  • Avian or equine characters;

  • Heavy mecha;

  • Hateful or discriminatory content.

  • Last but not least, I have the rights to reject any commissions I deem unfit.
